Corporate Profile

Masfin Consulting Inc. was established in 1998 to provide consulting services to the financial industry, in particular Banks and Insurance Companies. With the main focus set in the field of Information Technology, Masfin Consulting follows the philosophy of an integrated approach by using teams with a strong expertise both on the business and on the technology side.

Management Team

Mr. Brian J. Romeo (Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer) joined Masfin Consulting Inc. in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr.Romeo oversees the financial and operational areas of the Firm. Prior to this, Mr.Romeo served as CFO of a start-up manufacturing company and as a CPA for KPMG, LLP. Mr.Romeo has a BS degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Susquehanna University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Global Reach

Masfin Consulting partners with consulting companies and solution providers to extend its service offerings to global projects and to improve the quality and scope of our services. Through our cooperation with the consulting company Acrys Consult we are working on global projects spanning New York, London, Munich and Frankfurt.

Masfin Consulting has become the primary vendor at Concentra (formerly NHR ). Our consultants are working with the Concentra-NHR employees to create a internet based workflow system based on a state machine and create an enterprise-wise data-model with a distributed databases communicating over the WAN.
