Mr. Amber Tolat (President and co-founder) worked as a Software Engineer in Information and Risk Technology for more than 12 years with over ten years experience on Wall-Street. Mr. Tolat has expertise in the areas of risk management, derivatives, workflow systems, trading and portfolio modeling applications, insurance claim-review, web-development, database development and data-warehousing. Mr. Tolat worked at the Bankers Trust Company and at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Services. Mr Tolat holds a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a MBA degree from Pace University.

Mr. Sean Huba (Chief Executive Officer and co-founder) was head of the risk technology group at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Services and prior to that the head of risk management at Salomon Brothers, Europe. Mr. Huba has strong expertise in credit and market risk management, emerging markets and derivatives. His technology expertise include Web architectures, data warehousing and database modeling and design. Mr. Huba holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Physics from Susquehanna University.

Mr. Brian J. Romeo (Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer) joined Masfin Consulting Inc. in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr.Romeo oversees the financial and operational areas of the Firm. Prior to this, Mr.Romeo served as CFO of a start-up manufacturing company and as a CPA for KPMG, LLP. Mr.Romeo has a BS degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Susquehanna University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
