	n = number of project team members.
	n²/3^TM is the total number of conversations a team has in order to communicate an idea or concept. For example, a 6 member team has (6*6)/3 or 12 conversations before the idea or concept is communicated. Whereas a 2 member team only requires 1 conversation.
	The pink lines in the background represents typical communication patterns in a large group; ideas are misunderstood, miscommunicated, partially communicated and even lost!
	The blue line in the foreground represents the direct communication between 2 members of a project team.
